About the opportunity:
We will provide you with the scope, autonomy, and development to showcase the true sales professional you are. You will work as part of a collaborative culture and with the support of a Sales Associate, you will:
- Take responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the display centre
- Leverage leads generated through online enquiries, display home walk throughs and a wide network of professional contacts
- Build relationships with customers at the display home and provide advice on house design selection, upgrades and options
- Ensure that all sales documentation and paperwork is completed to high standard within required timeframes
- Coach and mentor your sales associate and collaborate effectively with stakeholders cross functionally
- Manage client expectations and be a trusted advisor
- Manage the sales cycle from initial quote, tender presentation to variations and close
About you
To achieve our goal of being the leading builder, we aim to attract quality talent. You will bring:
- Ideally 2+ years’ experience working in a similar role
- Demonstrated sales ability and success achieving sales goals
- An outgoing personality with exceptional listening, communication, and interpersonal skills
- A commitment to customer service excellence
- The ability to engage with team members and work collaboratively toward achieving individual and team goals
- Strong systems skills and the planning and organising skills to keep on top of all documentation and communications with key stakeholders
